Refund policy

Returns
We are happy to process your return. Your item must be unused / unworn and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging. Our products are created on demand, specifically for you. If there’s an issue with the product, please contact us at returns@thehappyfunshop.com within 14 business days after the product has been received. 

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we are not able to offer you a refund.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We are not able to accept returns on products that are intimate, such as bathing suits. Personalized design items are also exempt from being returned.

For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 14 business days after the delivery date so we may contact our supplier to track, and replace the item for you.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  If you're item is in unused / unworn condition, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days, minus the original shipping cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We would love to be able to offer free shipping and returns, but we are a small business and unable to offer that service.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at refunds@thehappyfunshop.com

Shipping
To return your product, please contact us at returns@thehappyfunshop.com before returning any products, so we can be aware of your incoming return. Once we've been contacted, please follow instructions on your original shipping label / receipt included with your purchase. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We would love to be able to offer free shipping and returns, but we are a small business and unable to offer that service.

If you are shipping items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item unless you use a tracking service or shipping insurance.
